These attributes have served me well in my current position as a software architect, solutioning new features, guiding development teams, and collaborating with clients. I've worked in the fintech industry for nearly 20 years in payments software.

I'm currently located in Oklahoma, USA. In my spare time I enjoy weight lifting, running, biking, and swimming. I served as president for the Triathlon Club of Oklahoma City 2021-2022 and currently serve as the liason for our Thunderbird open water swimming group. I love traveling to new places and eating fabulous food!

Working in a solution architect role for the enterprise payments division. I collaborate with multiple product teams globally to design new and enhance existing APIs that process digital payments using ISO20022 standards. I design and enhance common event payloads utilized across our division. I recommend strategies and maintain best practices in our designs and development. I coordinate with clients to advise on API usage and collaborate on requested features.

Supported multiple development teams by collaborating with business and product management to design new features and integrations of our products with focus on remote deposit capture, check processing, and fraud analysis. I assisted with critical issues to quickly find solutions and consult with clients integrating to our APIs.

Took on a lead developer role in a new development team to build a remote deposit capture application consisting of a front end web client and APIs for third party clients to consume. I often collaborated with product stakeholders and business for requirements, scope, and sizing estimates.

K20 Center - University of Oklahoma | Programmer Intern Norman, OK | 2005 - 2007

Collaborated on a development team to design and implement a multi-player online educational video game deployed to ultra-mobile PCs (this was a pre-cursor to tablets). Our development team worked with artists, educators, and administrators to design the game play, story, and art. The game was deployed to public schools across Oklahoma.
